• Owner who is active in the business and in the industry.
• Training and Certification compliance for Health and Safety in the work place.
• Training accreditation for all types of roofing systems i.e. BUR, MB, EPDM, TPO.
• Contractors with dedicated service departments using only the most up to date technologies to accelerate response time and having a proven track in dealing with National accounts.
• Membership in Regional and National Associations- OIRCA, RCI, CRCA.
• All members to have Comprehensive General Liability insurance with a minimum of $ 5,000,000.00 coverage and ability to be bonded.
• Members committed to 2 hour response target for service on all emergency calls.
• Members capable of delivering database reporting, digital photographs and accurate roof profile data to NRA and our clients.
